Return & Refund Policy

At Cinezza Perfumes, we take pride in offering high-quality fragrances that are carefully packed and delivered to your doorstep. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and fragrances), we do not accept returns once the product is opened or used. However, we do accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, leaking, or incorrect upon delivery.

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will initiate a refund via bank transfer or UPI after verifying your bank details.

Please Note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.

  • We reserve the right to deny refunds if the returned product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at cinezzaperfumes@gmail.com with your order details and images of the issue.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

  • To cancel your order, contact us immediately via email or phone with your order ID.
